Our doors are locked. We ask that you call or text us at 641-792-7900 to let us know you have arrived for your appointment. We will let you know when to come to the front door.
Masks are required and you will be asked to use hand sanitizer as you enter the building.
You will be screened for a fever as you enter the building. If you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher, we will reschedule your appointment.
If you have an eyeglass or contact lens order to pick up, or if you need your glasses adjusted or fixed, call the number above and we will come out to you for curbside service.
If you would like to visit our optical to pick out new glasses, call the office and schedule a time with one of our opticians.
Anyone accompanying a patient will be asked to remain in their vehicle. Parents of minor children or caregivers of dependent adults will be allowed to accompany the patient.
We continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our team and our patients. Each of our doctors work out of three exam lanes, giving our team ample time to properly disinfect exam lanes between each patient. All eyeglass frames and dispensing tables are disinfected between each patient.
