What is RevolutionPHR?

RevolutionPHR is an online portal that allows you to securely view, update, and communicate important information related to your relationship with the Eye Care Center of Newton.  You can access RevolutionPHR anywhere with an internet connection using your PC, Mac, iPad, tablet or smartphone.

How do I access RevolutionPHR?

If you are a current patient and have been given your username and temporary password by the Eye Care Center of Newton, simply click on the button above to log in using your credentials.  If you have not received access credentials to the portal, call our office and we will get you started

If you currently are not a patient at the Eye Care Center of Newton but want to register as a patient, click on the New Patient Registration link below.  Once registered, you can schedule your first appointment with one of our doctors.

What can I do in RevolutionPHR?

• Update your personal information – home address, phone number, email address, and more
• Complete your pre-exam interview.  This information is automatically updated in your patient chart for your upcoming scheduled exam
• Schedule an appointment
• Check on glasses and contact lens orders
• Print statements
• Communicate securely with your Eye Care Center of Newton doctor
• View and Download summaries of your last eye exam
• Transmit your exam summary from the Eye Care Center of Newton to other health care providers
