RevolutionPHR is a secure, online personal health record provided by Eye Care Center of Newton, so you can:

• Update your personal information.
• Complete your pre-exam interview. This information is automatically updated in your patient chart for your upcoming scheduled exam
• Communicate securely with your Eye Care Center of Newton doctor
• View and download summaries of your exams.

You can access RevolutionPHR anywhere with an internet connection using your PC, Mac, iPad, tablet, or smartphone.
